Microgreens

Microgreens are tiny, tender, nutrient-dense greens harvested days after sprouting — intense flavor, vivid color, and a freshness you can only get local. We grow ours year-round in a clean indoor space and cut to order, so they go from tray to table without the cross-country truck ride.

What we grow

Pea shoots · sunflower shoots · rainbow radish · broccoli · arugula · red cabbage · cruciferous mix · lettuce & mesclun mix · red amaranth · beets · wheatgrass.

How to buy

  • Fresh-cut trays — ready to eat (5″×5″, 1.5–2 oz)
  • Living full trays — cut at home for max freshness (9″×9″)
  • Weekly subscription — never run out
  • Wholesale — dependable supply for produce stores, restaurants & markets

Why local microgreens? Cut-to-order means they reach you days fresher than anything trucked in — the one thing imported clamshells can’t match. It’s why a local produce store and chefs will pay a premium for them.
