The Farm

Blue Dragon Hollow is a diversified family farm in the Hill County countryside, just south of Cleburne. We started in 2022 with a simple goal — grow good food and good experiences, and share both. Today the farm is a little of everything we love: fresh microgreens and sourdough, a berry patch and big garden, hand-poured candles, friendly goats, free-range birds, and horses with trails winding through it all — and, this fall, a field of Texas-grown cut flowers.

Our name and our mark say it best: a mother dragon curled protectively around green fields and a rising sun. That’s how we tend this place — watchfully, and with a lot of love.

The animals

Goats

Our goats are the heart of the farm — curious, friendly, and always up for company. They roam a large pen with good forage, fresh hay, and quality feed twice a day, with structures to climb and play on. Kids (the human kind) are welcome to come run the pen with them; it’s the best part of a farm visit.

Poultry

Free-range chickens at Blue Dragon Hollow

A free-ranging flock of chickens, guineas, and ducks — with turkeys and quail in season — patrols the whole farm. They range so freely that finding the eggs is half the fun: gathering them is a little farm egg hunt, especially for visiting families.

Horses

Horses at Blue Dragon Hollow

Our horses have the run of trails that wind through the property. We also welcome traveling riders to trailer in and stay overnight, with turnout and grazing so their horses can stretch their legs. See horse boarding →
